Kelly McCloskey featured in Cove Magazine

Kelly McCloskey is featured as a modern feng shui authority whose work bridges intentional design, property performance and wellbeing. The article highlights her practical, evidence-based approach to helping homes and projects feel more aligned, functional and supportive of success.

I was interviewed for this feature because my work sits at the intersection of classical feng shui, modern design and the lived experience of a home. I wanted to show that feng shui is not about superstition or surface-level symbolism, but about understanding how a space affects mood, momentum, wellbeing and even long-term outcomes in life.

In the article, I shared how I came to this work through my background in real estate, where I noticed recurring patterns in certain homes that couldn’t be explained by location or presentation alone. My advice focused on subtle but powerful refinements: clearing clutter, improving flow, understanding how light moves through a home, reviewing bedroom and office layouts, and paying close attention to the front entrance as the energetic gateway. I also spoke about using classical tools like Flying Star analysis to understand the deeper energetic patterns of a property and tailor recommendations accordingly.
